Upvc windows & door making double head welding Machine is designed for the joining of uPVC profiles though SeamLess corner welding.

  • Capable of adjusting the clamp and welding pressure according to the profile type.Equipped with a timer for melting and welding time.
  • The thermostat is electronic and can be adjusted in a temperature range between 0°-260° C.
  • The movable head (right head) moves manually. It is equipped with a brake system.On the left head it is possible to weld at angles between 30°-180°. The right head is fixed at 90°.
  • For safety reasons, the clamp pistons operate with low pressure.After clamping the profiles, the welding is carried out automatically.The machine has been designed according to < CE > Safety Directives.Equipped with profile support device.
  • With the double-head  welding machine you weld two corners in an angle of 90° in only one working step. The Upvc Window making double head welding machine stands for a modern machine base conception in conjunction with a consequent and efficient construction.
  • A clearly arranged touch panel control guarantees easy and operator-friendly handling and the good accessibility to all components makes it easier to clean and maintain the machine. The flexibility of the Weldingmachine and the adaptability to different profiles is an important plus for your production: all parameters (e.g. heating time, joining time, welding temperature, joining pressure and fusing pressure, etc.) of each single profile can be individually adjusted. As the heating element is descending into the welding area from above you can weld profiles up to a height of 150mm. The automatic welding head positioning enables you to insert the profile very quick and exactly.
